- Fees are on the client, unless otherwise specified. Specific fees and exchange rates are available on wise’s website calculator.

- Work will not begin until 50% of the commission is paid.
- Final piece in high-resolution will not be delivered until the commission is paid in full.3.1 OPTION 2: PAYPAL

- Paypal payments will be made via invoices.

5.1. Inquiry, Briefing & Reference phase
- The artist and client discuss the style, content, and price of the commission. Neither artist nor client is bound to anything at this point.
- Client will describe what they are looking for in the commission piece, such as the Subject of the artwork (what character, how many, situation depicted, etc.) and the Characteristics of the artwork (format, portrait or landscape, portrait or half-body or full-body, color profile, etc.).
- Client will gather relevant references and submit along with briefing contents.
- Potential triggers should be discussed at this stage. Later addition of contentious characteristics will not be allowed.
- At the end of this phase, Artist will make a fee proposal based on the briefing contents.
- Once Client and Artist reach an agreement about the briefing contents and the adequate fee proposal:
For wise - client must transfer agreed amount and send in proof by email
For PayPal - artist will send invoice to client;
For more details, check TOS item 3 - Payment.
5.2. Sketch phase
- This phase begins once I confirm receiving payment.
- I will sketch two or more options based on briefing contents and submit for client approval. Lines will be rough and unfinished.
- Characteristics such as overall composition, concept, posing and expressions should be discussed in this stage. Later modifications to the sketch will not be possible.
- This phase concludes once the client accepts one sketch option.
5.3. Color Thumbnail phase
- This phase begins once I confirm the client's chosen sketch.
- I will make two or more options of color thumbnails based on the approved sketch and briefing content for client approval. Colors will be roughly placed to represent an approximation of final product colors.
- Characteristics such as colors hue, light and shadow intensity and placement, highlights should be discussed in this stage. Later modifications to the color thumbnail will not be possible.
- This phase concludes once the client accepts one color thumbnail option.
5.4. Render phase- This phase begins once I confirm the client's chosen color thumb.
- I will make one rendered piece based on the approved sketch, approved color thumbnail and briefing content for client approval. This will be the final artwork.
- Characteristics such as textures (wood grain, metallic sheen, glossy surfaces, etc) will be worked on at this stage.
- This phase concludes once the client accepts the finished piece or the artist is unable to make further modifications.** The client has FIVE DAYS to respond to a Sketch/Color/Revision approval unless otherwise agreed upon. After five days the commission will be put on hold until there is another open slot or a response is received.Fees
6.1 Revisions
- Revisions that are made because of the artist’s error are free. Those made because of the commissioner’s error, a mutual misunderstanding, or lack of communication are subject to additional fees at the artist’s discretion.
- Please condense revision requests into as few emails as possible, and take the time to double and triple check the work before asking for revisions. Revisions after the second email may require a fee. (Ex: send one email asking to change the expression, tail, and paws, not one email for each).
- In each stage (Sketch, Color, Render) three minor revisions are included for free. Further minor revisions may require a fee, the amount of which will vary case-by-case.
- Major revisions (restart from previous phase) will incur an additional fee. Major revisions are not available for the Render phase.
6.2. Deadlines & Rush Fees
- The work time for each work and phase may vary according to its contents. I advise giving around at least 3 weeks between the beginning of each phase and my first feedback (revisions not included).
- If the client wishes to have the phase deliver by a certain date in less than 3 weeks, they can ask for a Rush fee. The amount will vary case-by-case.
- If the client requests a Rush fee and the artist agrees:
For wise - client must transfer agreed amount and send in proof by email
For PayPal - artist will send invoice to client;
- Their specific work will be given priority once I confirm receiving the corresponding payment.
- DO NOT send money on your own; all standard payments are made through invoices. Any money sent outside of invoices will be considered a donation.6.3. Complex Characters, Backgrounds
- Complex character designs and backgrounds warrant a fee that will vary based on complexity; the fee is set at the artist’s discretion.
- Things that constitute complex characters include but are not limited to: wings, extra limbs, intricate markings or textures (tiger stripes, wood grain, metallic or glossy surfaces, etc), feathers, guns, multiple weapons, armor or complex clothing.
- These must be discussed during the Inquiry, Briefing and Reference phase. Addition of complex items on later phases may incur on extra fees or not be possible at all.Usage

This request must be made before the work is complete and is the client’s responsibility to alert the artist.

- The client may have prints of their work made for their own personal use or as gifts. They cannot sell prints of the work.
- The client may NOT under any circumstances claim the work as their own.
